Legal Agreement

Terms & Conditions. Your work is yours.

Effective 11 September 2026. This Agreement governs your access to Manthar and protects user-created content from unauthorized automated harvesting and exploitation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Manthar ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

Manthar is designed for verified human participants. Access to publishing and community interaction requires device-bound verification and adherence to our human-only principles.

2. Complete Creator Ownership of Content

Your content belongs strictly and exclusively to you. You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights, copyright, moral rights, and title in and to any text, images, videos, audio recordings, code, thoughts, stories, and materials you upload, post, or share on Manthar ("Your Content").

Limited Operational License Only: In order to deliver the service, you grant Manthar a strictly limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license solely for the technical necessity of storing, caching, and displaying your content to you and to the users you choose to connect with. This technical license exists only while your content remains on the platform.

No Commercial Exploitation: Manthar will not sell, rent, sub-license, syndicate, or commercially exploit your content. When you delete your content or close your account, our limited technical license immediately terminates, and your content is purged from our active systems.

3. Strict Prohibition on Scraping & Automated Extraction

Automated Harvesting Prohibited: You agree not to crawl, scrape, extract, harvest, index, spider, mine, systematically query, or capture any content, photographs, profile data, follower graphs, conversations, comments, or metadata from Manthar using any automated software, script, bot, spider, scraper, or headless browsing agent.

Ban on AI & Machine Learning Ingestion: Under no circumstances may any of your Content or platform data be used, directly or indirectly, to train, test, evaluate, fine-tune, distill, benchmark, or develop artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, large language models (LLMs), neural networks, or generative software systems. Any such ingestion is an intentional violation of creator copyright and this Agreement.

Prohibition on Unauthorized Reproduction: Your content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, mirrored, framed, distributed, broadcast, or publicly displayed in any digital or physical medium without explicit prior written authorization from both the respective content creator and Manthar.

Enforcement & Legal Remedies: We employ technical rate-limiting, tamper-evident device attestation, and anti-harvesting safeguards. Any intentional circumvention of these security measures constitutes unauthorized computer access. Violators will face immediate termination of access and are subject to statutory copyright infringement damages, injunctive relief, and computer fraud claims under applicable law.

4. Human Verification & Account Integrity

Manthar accounts must be created and operated exclusively by natural human beings. Autonomous bots, automated spam accounts, AI persona simulations, and sybil networks are strictly barred from the platform.

Account sign-in uses a WebAuthn passkey protected by your device, inside the Manthar Android app. Identity and age eligibility are verified separately during onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your devices and authenticators.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

You agree to treat fellow humans with basic respect and agree not to engage in:

  • Non-consensual sharing of personal photographs, private communications, or biometric likenesses;
  • Generating, uploading, or distributing deepfakes, synthetic impersonations, or manipulated defamatory media;
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, or targeted intimidation;
  • Deploying malicious code, exploiting platform endpoints, or interfering with service integrity;
  • Flooding feeds with automated rage bait, bulk promotional links, or synthetic engagement farms.

6. Intellectual Property of Manthar

The Manthar name, logo, visual design tokens, client applications, source code, database architectures, and website interfaces are the proprietary property of Manthar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or copy any software or interfaces provided as part of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate account access at any time, with or without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms, attempts automated scraping or data extraction, circumvents security mechanisms, or engages in conduct detrimental to community safety.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases, and you may request deletion of your personal account data pursuant to our privacy principles.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. While we maintain rigorous device security and tamper controls, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely immune to external attacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manthar, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service.
